I just know the show isn't coming to Adelaide, Australia anytime soon so I've already bought the DVD as a birthday present for myself.  I've already watched 4 episodes and have loved everyone!  I have to ration myself so I don't watch them all in one knitting marathon.

I wish that you could potion the cameras BEHIND the people so that we can see more clearly how to .  Try watching  and if you do not know how to do something it is very hard to watch backwards, it is like looking through the looking glass

I would like to add that I agree with MaireL regarding the camera postion when showing the how-to's.  I am dissapointed that you do not show the project from behind the person demonstrating.  I also watch Knitty Gritty and it is wonderful to see the knitting from MY perspective.  Also, would it be possible to show some knitting techniques using the standard throw method rather than the continental method of knitting.  As a beginner, I find it confusing trying to watch someone knit continental and sooooo fast!  I know most of your viewers are more experienced, but maybe occasionally you could slow down for some of us.  Otherwise, I am really enjoying your show and waited for it with much excitement!  Thank you so much for such an interesting lineup of proojects!

I'm with Deb and Mariel - change the camera position to behind the demonstrator.  I can read upside down and backwards, but haven't mastered the skill when it comes to trying to figure out a knitting technique!

I DID call my local PBS station in Reno, NV (KNPB), they said this show is NOT available in their lineup of shows from PBS. It doesn't do much good to request the show if PBS is not offering it!

I have finally gotten to TIVO the show here in CT. I love them but I have loved Interweave knits and knitting daily newsletter for some time so I am not surprised. I would like to suggest that ou just slow down the technique when you are showing it and explain it with the camera over your shoulder. Much easier to get it. I use the throw method and I can figure it out when you do conitnental but it takes work and I have to go back and watch it several times. I think slowing it down would help. Lots of commercials embedded in the show too!
